2. Description of Service
Cavelocator provides an interactive map and directory of show caves (tourist caves) worldwide. Data is sourced from Wikidata and may include user-contributed information.
3. Data Accuracy
We make every effort to keep cave information accurate and up to date, but we make no guarantees regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of the data. Cave conditions, access, fees, hours, and other details may change without notice. Always verify with the cave operator before visiting.
4. No Liability
Cavelocator and its operators are not liable for any damages or losses arising from:
- Use of or reliance on cave data presented on the site
- Personal injury or property damage while visiting caves
- Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Service
5. Intellectual Property
The Cavelocator interface, design, and code are original works. Cave data is sourced from Wikidata under the CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication. Images and linked content belong to their respective owners.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services including Google AdSense and OpenStreetMap (Leaflet). These services have their own terms and privacy policies, which you should review.
7. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to:
- Scrape or bulk-download data without prior written consent
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to disrupt or damage the Service
- Click ads artificially or use automated tools to generate ad impressions
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
